As the EPIIC project approaches its conclusion, it may seem that the journey is coming to an end. Indeed, one important chapter is closing. However, innovation does not stop; it evolves.
We are proud to announce the next phase: EPIIC2.
Building on the strong foundations of EPIIC Phase 1, EPIIC2 will advance next-generation cockpit technologies, addressing current limitations and enabling fighter pilots to focus on what matters most: tactical leadership and mission-critical decision-making. This evolution is set to enhance both operational effectiveness and crew safety.
Capitalizing on the achievements of its predecessor, EPIIC2 will continue to drive innovation through studies, design, and system prototyping. The project aims to demonstrate technological consistency while paving the way for future operational capabilities in the aviation sector.
With the launch of this new phase, the project also unveils the EPIIC2 logo, symbolizing continuity, transformation, and a forward-looking vision.
EPIIC2 represents not an ending, but a transition, a continuation of a vision that pushes boundaries and redefines the pilot environment of the future. Over the next 36 months, partners will work together toward a shared goal: advancing safety, performance, and technological excellence.
EPIIC2 – Enhanced Pilot Environment.
This is not the end. It is the beginning of what comes next.
